Electrical Senior Supervisor – Iron Ore

TSS are seeking an experienced Electrical Senior Supervisor to join an established iron ore mining operation in Western Australia.

This is a permanent senior leadership position offering a salary in the region of $210,000 – $215,000 per year plus super , working an 8/6 DIDO roster – all day shift.

The role is focused primarily on electrical maintenance across the mine's Ore Handling Plant (OHP), providing leadership and technical oversight across the electrical maintenance team. You will lead 2 x Electrical Supervisors, with each Supervisor overseeing 3 x Electricians provided through a contracting partner.

The Role The role is primarily focused on the electrical maintenance of the Ore Handling Plant, with responsibility for leading the team and keeping the plant safe, compliant and performing.

- Lead 2 x Electrical Supervisors, each overseeing a crew of 3 x contract Electricians
- Set the direction and priorities for electrical maintenance across the OHP
- Keep on top of plant issues, breakdowns and recurring faults
- Drive preventative maintenance and reliability improvements to reduce downtime and improve plant availability
- Work alongside mechanical maintenance and operations to plan work around production priorities
- Manage contractor performance and ensure the right resources are available when required




- Maintain high standards of electrical compliance, safety and quality of work
- Develop the Supervisors beneath you and build accountability within the team
- Identify opportunities to improve how electrical maintenance is planned and executed across the OHP

About You We're looking for an established Electrical Senior Supervisor with a strong fixed plant background and proven mining experience.

- Proven Electrical Senior Supervisor experience within mining
- Strong fixed plant experience, ideally across iron ore, ore handling, crushing, screening or materials handling
- Australian Electrical Trade qualification
- Section 26
- Strong working knowledge of WA electrical compliance and statutory requirements
- Current Australian driver's licence

You'll need to be able to complete the usual pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
