About Element47
Element47 is a Perth-based clean-energy solutions company delivering solar, battery storage, EV charging, embedded networks and microgrid solutions for homes, businesses and property developments. We work across the full project lifecycle from energy modelling, feasibility and system design through to procurement, installation, commissioning, monitoring and ongoing technical support. Our focus is on helping customers reduce energy costs, improve resilience and transition towards lower-carbon energy systems.
As our project pipeline grows, we are building an in-house electrical installation capability to complement our design, project delivery and energy-management expertise.
The Prospect
We are seeking an experienced electrician with strong technical experience in solar PV, battery storage and electrical fault-finding to join Element47 as a key technical leader. This is more than a standard installation role.
We are looking for someone who wants to help build and lead the installation side of our business working closely with the directors to establish high-quality delivery systems, grow the electrical team and deliver increasingly complex renewable-energy projects.
Our work includes residential and commercial solar and battery installations, technical service and fault rectification, EV charging, backup power, embedded networks and emerging microgrid opportunities.
For the right person, there is a genuine long-term opportunity to build a partnership with Element47, including the potential to buy into the business in the future. This pathway would be based on demonstrated performance, shared values, contribution to growth and a mutually agreed commercial arrangement.
We are currently progressing our electrical contractor licence and are particularly interested in speaking with a suitably qualified electrician who may be eligible and willing to be considered as the company’s nominee.
