Join the nursing team at Pindara Private Hospital as a Part-Time Enrolled Nurse (IV Qualified), working across the Nursing Pool and supporting patients across a range of medical and surgical care settings. This is an opportunity to provide safe, compassionate and patient-centred nursing care while working collaboratively with Registered Nurses and the broader multidisciplinary team. You will use your clinical skills and IV medication competency to support high-quality care across the hospital.
About You
You are a caring and motivated Enrolled Nurse who is confident working across a busy hospital environment and committed to delivering secure, high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients across medical and surgical areas
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care within your scope of practice
- Administer medications, including IV medications, in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures
- Monitor patients and promptly identify and escalate changes in clinical condition
- Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, medical staff and the multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in clinical handover and contribute to effective communication across the care team
- Support patient comfort, dignity, privacy and safety at all times
- Follow infection prevention and control requirements and safe manual handling practices
- Contribute to quality improvement and professional development activities
- Work flexibly across the Nursing Pool according to patient and service requirements
You Will Also Bring
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- IV medication administration qualification/competency
- Sound clinical knowledge and nursing skills within your scope of practice
- Ability to provide care across medical and surgical patient populations
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to recognise and escalate changes in patient condition
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a patient-centred approach
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across different clinical areas
- Commitment to patient safety, quality care and ongoing professional development
Remuneration On offer is a base hourly rate of $36.45–$39.96 + superannuation, based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties and allowances (QLD EEN Level 2, Grades 1–6).

Additional Information
- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
