Enrolled Nurse (EN) – Skin & Women’s Health

Bellevue Clinic is looking for an enthusiastic Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our growing team.

This is a varied role combining skin treatments and women’s health, ideal for an Enrolled Nurse (EN) who is interested in developing their skills outside of a traditional nursing environment.

The Role

Working alongside our nursing and Nurse Practitioner team, you will be involved in:

Skin & Aesthetics

- Skin consultations and assessments

- Microneedling, cosmetic peels, facials and dermafacials

- Skin treatment planning and client education

- Skincare and product recommendations

- Clinical documentation and photography

Women’s Health

- Supporting initial women’s health consultations

- Reviewing client history, symptoms and intake information

- Completing menopause symptom assessments

- Providing client education and ongoing support

- Conducting follow-up and review appointments

- Supporting individual treatment plans alongside our Nurse Practitioner

- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

Training can be provided for the right candidate.

About You

We are looking for an Enrolled Nurse (EN) who is passionate about providing a high standard of care and genuinely enjoys building relationships with clients.

You will ideally be someone who:





- Holds current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse

- Has a genuine interest in skin, aesthetics and women’s health

- Is confident, warm and approachable with clients

- Has solid communication and interpersonal skills

- Enjoys educating clients and supporting them throughout their treatment journey

- Is organised and has excellent attention to detail

- Is confident with clinical documentation and maintaining accurate client records

- Can work independently while also being part of a close-knit clinical team

- Is proactive and comfortable following up clients and coordinating ongoing care

- Is reliable, professional and takes pride in their work

- Is willing to learn new treatments and continually develop their clinical knowledge

- Is comfortable working in a growing clinic where the role will continue to develop over time

Previous experience in skin, aesthetics, women’s health or menopause care would be highly regarded, however it is not essential. We are happy to provide training to the right person who has the right attitude and a genuine interest in these areas.

As per award | Part-time | Hours negotiable
