As an Enrolled Nurse (EN) you will deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based resident-centered care following specific clinical policies and approved protocols. You will be working under the supervision and guidance of a Registered Nurse and contribute to the provision of excellent care for our residents at our mecwa****care Ballan Home, our 51-bed facility.

About the role:

- Casual opportunities available
- Work from our Ballan location and support a valued local community.
- Conveniently located in central Ballan, approximately 600 metres from Ballan Railway Station, providing easy access to public transport.
- Shifts available across AM, PM and night, including weekdays and weekends.

What you bring:

- Advanced clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality care and services.
- A minimum of1 year experience as an Enrolled Nurse in an aged care setting.
- Current and ongoing registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.




- Commitment to the philosophy of a person-centered approach to providing care and services.
- Proven ability to guide, motivate care staff and promote a positive work environment
- Working knowledge of the AN*-*ACC funding model and Aged Care legislation.
- Well-developed computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Current First Aid + CPR
