The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven broker — or an experienced B2B salesperson ready to move into finance — to join our team. You'll work with a mix of warm client relationships, lead gen and your own new business, across a broad range of industries, backed by an internal support team specifically structured to help sales staff succeed.
This is a role with genuinely uncapped earning potential. Progression here isn't a rigid ladder — it's built around what you make of the opportunity, with brokers free to grow their book, their income, and their reputation at their own pace.
Remuneration: Generous base salary + uncapped commission, negotiated based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
● Assess clients' equipment and asset finance needs and recommend suitable loan products
● Collect and analyse financial information to assess creditworthiness
● Negotiate loan terms and conditions with lenders on behalf of clients
● Guide clients through the loan application process, supported by your internal team
● Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and industry professionals
● Meet performance targets and contribute to the team's ongoing success
● Stay current with industry developments and changes in lending criteria
What You'll Bring
● Strong B2B sales experience — finance broking background welcome but not required
● A customer-focused approach with robust relationship-building skills
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills
● Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
● High integrity and professionalism
● Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking / Diploma in Financial Services desirable but not essential — we'll support you through accreditation if you're not already qualified
