We are partnering with a well-established Victorian commercial builder with a strong industry reputation, experienced leadership and a healthy pipeline of secured and negotiated work.

They are looking for an Estimator who can take genuine ownership of tenders and play an important role in securing quality projects.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You'll manage tenders from initial review through to subcontractor engagement, pricing, scope analysis and final submission, working closely with experienced construction and senior management teams.

Depending on your background, project exposure can include:

- Commercial & mixed-use developments
- Apartments & multi-residential
- Healthcare
- Education & institutional
- Community & public buildings
- Retail, refurbishment & fit-out

REMUNERATION Remuneration is genuinely negotiable and will reflect your experience, project background and level of responsibility.

There is flexibility across Estimator and Senior Estimator levels, so if you're currently well remunerated, don't assume you're outside the range.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone with:

- Commercial construction estimating experience with a head contractor/builder
- Experience estimating apartment & mixed-use commercial projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodology
- Ability to manage tenders from review through to submission
- Strong subcontractor and supplier relationships
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Experience with CostX, Cubit, Buildsoft or similar
- Full Australian working rights
