Pro Light Styling designs and produces weddings and events across Victoria, from full-scale floral and ceiling installations to drapery, backdrops and chandeliers and every finishing detail in between. We work with couples, planners, and venues to transform a floorplan into a room people walk into and be stunned.

We care deeply about the people we work with, both clients, our team and event partners, and we take pride in getting every last detail right.

We're looking for Event Stylists and Professionals with a sharp eye for detail, a love of creating beautiful spaces, and the drive to help lead our on-site teams as we grow.

What you'll be doing

- Bringing detailed styling designs and floorplans to life on-site, with care and precision
- Leading and supporting on-site event crews, keeping the day running smoothly and the standard high
- Building strong relationships with clients, venues, and suppliers across the industry
- Working closely with Warehouse Operations: inventory, stock control, prop and furniture care
- Solving problems calmly and confidently when the day throws a curveball

What you bring

- Experience in event styling, production, or hands-on events
- A strong work ethic and real care for doing things well




- An eye for detail and design, with the discipline to bring someone else's vision to life
- Great communication skills, a level head under pressure, and a relationship-first approach
- Current driver's license (truck/van experience a bonus); EWP license a plus, or happy to obtain one
- The right attitude above all. We'd rather hire someone hungry to learn with the right energy than tick every box on paper, experience can be taught, attitude can't.
