The ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal (ACAT) is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the ACAT President and Registrar. This is a unique opportunity to support the President and Registrar of ACAT, playing a key role in the delivery of services that provide quick, simple and inexpensive access to justice for the ACT community.

ACAT is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, delivering high-quality tribunal services to the ACT community. As Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring our senior leaders can focus on delivering those services. From managing competing priorities and coordinating complex schedules to preparing correspondence and supporting key projects, you will be trusted to keep things running smoothly.

You will join a professional and supportive team that is passionate about delivering excellent service and continuously improving the experience of tribunal users.

- Enjoys working closely with senior executives and anticipating their needs.
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work and getting the details right.
- Is exceptionally organised and able to manage competing priorities with confidence.
- Builds positive working relationships and communicates effectively with people at all levels.
- Demonstrates initiative, discretion, professionalism and resilience.

Note: A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.

Due to the operational requirements, hybrid working arrangements are not suitable for this position.
