This is a role for a strategic and influential legal leader who can bring people together, strengthen regional partnerships, guide high-performing teams and drive service excellence across diverse locations. You will play a central role in leading regional operations, influencing organisational direction, fostering innovation,



managing performance and resources, and ensuring Legal Aid Queensland continues to deliver client-centred services that make a real difference.

About You You are a highly experienced legal executive with strong strategic judgement, outstanding leadership capability and a deep understanding of regional service delivery.

- substantial experience as a legal professional operating within a senior management environment
- strong knowledge of the challenges and opportunities of working across diverse regional settings
