Job Description

CBRE Townsville is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face at the Willows Shopping Centre. This casual, part time role offers training and mentoring and supports tenants and customers with enquiries.

You'll handle information desk queries, assist with marketing activities, maintain records, and help coordinate campaigns and events. Prior experience in customer service or retail is a plus, and flexibility across evenings and weekends is required.
