What You Can Expect

n

- Strong earning potential — Receive a casual base rate of up to $45 per hour including bonuses, plus superannuation. Established performers can earn about $2,000 per week, while top performers have consistently earned $4,000–$5,000 a week. Earnings are performance-based, and individual results may vary.

- One-on-one sales mentorship — You'll learn to establish rapport, create interest in what you're selling, build desire with a customer to buy on the spot, communicate persuasively, close deals, and handle objections with integrity. You will have the rare chance to learn from an experienced sales expert with a proven record of personally generating more than tens of millions in annual client revenue.

- Clear career progression — Follow a transparent pathway: Sales Representative → Sales Specialist → Team Leader → Sales Executive → Sales Manager → Potential Ownership opportunities

The Role

n

This is an active, field-based, face-to-face sales role across the residential and business-to-business sectors, and you'll get a rare chance to represent some of Australia's leading brands across Melbourne.

Your day will involve

n

- Creating positive brand awareness, selling and closing deals every day
n
- Ongoing coaching & personal development to improve your sales skills & performance from a personal mentor assigned to you by the company to fast-track your growth
n
- Working towards daily & weekly individual & team targets. Tied to extra bonuses.
n
- Ensuring that all customers are left in a better position now that they have met you.

Transport is provided, and a driver's licence and personal vehicle are not required.
