Located within the iconic Sydney Olympic Park, RAFI URBNSURF offers a unique space within Sydney's first ever surf park. Blending the opulence of a hatted restaurant with the laid back vibes of a coastal beach town. You will have the opportunity to work across unique events, share a unique culinary journey with guests or grab a coffee and watch the surf!

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be an effective leader, service specialist, and passionate foodie. Reporting to the directors you will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the restaurant and its staff, plus be the point of contact for all client and guest relations.

Remuneration is negotiable it will reflect your skills and the level of experience you can bring to the success of the venue. We pay above award for Full-time and casual employees and expect generous tips and incentives for all.
