The Role

n

We're looking for an experienced Transport Operations Manager to take ownership of a large scale operation in Western Sydney. Working closely with the companies GM, you'll lead day to day performance across a fleet of 80+ trucks while driving structure, efficiency, and service excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading end to end transport operations across a high volume, fast paced environment
n
- Managing fleet performance, ensuring service levels and customer expectations are consistently met
n
- Building structure, accountability, and capability across a diverse operations team
n
- Supporting growth through new customer onboarding and operational transitions
n




- Driving continuous improvement across processes, systems, and ways of working
n
- Managing budgets, forecasting, and overall operational performance
n
- Ensuring strong safety, compliance, and risk management standards
n
- Developing strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
n

Your Background

n

- Proven leadership experience within transport, logistics, or fleet based operations
n
- Experience managing large teams and complex, high volume operations
n
- Strong track record of improving processes and driving operational performance
n
- Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and KPIs
n
- Confident stakeholder manager with a customer-first mindset
n
- Solid understanding of transport safety, compliance, and risk
n
