Job Description

Feros Care is seeking a Workplace Health and Safety Specialist to partner with leaders and frontline teams to strengthen safety culture, reduce risk and drive continuous improvement across the organisation. You will develop and deliver practical WHS training, investigate incidents, conduct risk assessments and translate legislation into everyday practices, spending time in office with teams.

This role requires regular site visits across local locations and a hands-on approach to keeping people
