About the role

We are seeking an experienced Data & AI Principal & Solution SME to define and drive enterprise data and AI strategy , Architecture and transformation roadmaps.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Define and drive enterprise Data & AI strategy, architecture, and transformation roadmaps.
n
- Partner with C-level stakeholders to align AI and data initiatives with business outcomes.
n
- Architect scalable Data, Analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
n
- Lead the design of modern data platforms, including Lakehouse, Data Fabric, Data Mesh, and AI-enabled architectures.
n
- Establish architecture standards, governance, security, compliance, and Responsible AI practices.
n
- Drive AI innovation leveraging LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, MLOps, and LLMOps frameworks.
n
- Lead discovery workshops, architecture assessments, solution design, and implementation roadmaps.
n
- Provide technical leadership across delivery, presales, and client engagements.
n
- Mentor architects and engineering teams while promoting best practices and reusable assets.
n

Required Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
n
- 15+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, AI, Cloud, or Enterprise Architecture.
n




- 8+ years leading enterprise-scale architecture and transformation programs.
n
- Proven success delivering data modernization, analytics, and AI initiatives.
n
- Strong executive stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills.
n

Technical Expertise

n

n
- Data Platforms: Analytics and AI-ready Strategy/Solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, and other modern data platform ecosystems.
n
- Data & Analytics: Data Warehousing, Lakehouse, Data Engineering, Real-Time Analytics, BI, DataOps, MLOps, Python, SQL, Spark.
n
- Cloud & Architecture: Azure (preferred), AWS, GCP, Enterprise Architecture, API-led Integration, Microservices, DevSecOps.
n
