With the continued growth and development of our teams and business, we're on the lookout for a passionate Duty Manager to join the Star Group family on a casual or full-time basis.

About the Role

n

As Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the bar team and delivering an energetic, welcoming experience for our locals and sports-loving patrons. You'll thrive in a fast-paced pub environment and take pride in great service — especially during major sporting events.

About You

n

You are:

n

An enthusiastic, hands-on team leader

n

A hospitality all-rounder

n

Highly motivated and driven

n

Available to work nights and weekends

n

Passionate about sport, beer, and classic pub culture

n

You'll ideally have:

n

A current RSA

n

Previous bar or supervisory experience

n
