Job Description

We are representing an established and rapidly growing Global Data Center owner-operator who is seeking a Electrical/ Mechanical Project Manager to join its expanding project delivery team.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the development and delivery of large-scale data center projects, working across the full project lifecycle from planning and design through to construction and operational handover.

The Role

n

You will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of complex mission-critical projects while coordinating internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and end users.

n

The role offers exposure to major Data Center developments in a high-growth sector that continues to see significant investment across the region.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead the delivery of data center projects from development through construction and commissioning.
n
- Manage project budgets, schedules, risk registers, and reporting requirements.
n
- Coordinate external consultants, contractors,



and key project stakeholders.
n
- Oversee design reviews and ensure alignment with project objectives.
n
- Support procurement strategies and contract administration activities.
n
- Monitor project performance, quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
n
- Facilitate project meetings and provide updates to senior leadership.
n
- Drive successful project handover and operational readiness.
n

Key Experience

n

n
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
- Experience managing multiple project packages and multidisciplinary teams.
n
- Commercially minded with a robust understanding of project controls and risk management.
n
- Data center, mission-critical, industrial, infrastructure, healthcare, or complex building project experience will be highly regarded.
