With continued investment in digital transformation and new ways of creating and delivering marketing content, they are looking for a hands‐on Graphic Designer to join their Digital Marketing team for an exciting six‐month project.
n
The Role:
n
Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, you will support creative delivery across approximately 70 established pharmaceutical brands.
n
This is a varied, hands‐on design role combining new creative development with adapting, resizing and repurposing existing global artwork. A key focus will be developing reusable templates and modular creative assets that can be leveraged across future campaigns.
n
The role is predominantly digital, with exposure across advertising, email, web, sales materials, conference collateral and selected print.
n
We are looking for a capable, agile Graphic Designer who enjoys variety, can troubleshoot independently and is comfortable working across multiple projects and brands.
n
Key Responsibilities include:
n
n
- Create and adapt digital and print marketing assets
n
- Develop creative across advertising, email, web and sales materials
n
- Resize and repurpose existing global artwork across different channels
n
- Build reusable templates and modular creative assets
n
- Support trade media and programmatic advertising creative
n
- Develop conference, event and field sales collateral
n
- Work within established global brand guidelines and creative toolkits
n
- Complete artwork QA and ensure high-quality final outputs
n
- Work across multiple brands and projects simultaneously
n
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing and broader Marketing teams
n
- Support the development of templates for emerging AI-enabled creative workflows
n
- Bring creativity to established brands while working within defined guidelines
n
n
Skills & Experience:
n
n
- Hands-on Graphic Design experience
n
- Strong Adobe Creative capability
n
- Experience designing across digital channels, with some print exposure
n
- Comfortable both creating recent assets and adapting existing artwork
n
- Experience working within established brand guidelines
n
- Strong attention to detail and artwork QA
n
- Ability to manage multiple briefs and priorities simultaneously
n
- Agile, solutions-focused approach with the ability to troubleshoot independently
n
- Comfortable receiving feedback and adapting creative accordingly
n
- Figma and/or Adobe Express experience, highly regarded
n
- Experience developing reusable templates or modular design systems
n
- Pharmaceutical, healthcare or regulated industry experience, advantageous but not essential
n
- Agency experience working across multiple brands, highly regarded
