The Role The successful applicant will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Principal and College Executive team, contributing to the effective day-to-day operation of the College Executive office. This includes coordinating correspondence and briefing materials, managing calendars and enquiries, liaising with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring information is handled with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

You provide support for College meetings, including the College Board, Senior Leadership and Executive meetings. This involves coordinating agendas and meeting materials, taking minutes, monitoring action items and supporting effective communication across the College. The role will also contribute to research, special projects and the management of sensitive matters, including complaints, incidents and other issues requiring discretion and careful attention.

In addition, you will provide relief for the Human Resources - Recruitment Officer and Human Resources – Relief Coordinator with teacher recruitment, payroll and leave.



The role will undertake event and marketing activities in conjunction with the Media and Marketing Officer.

Eligibility To work with us, you must:

- be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
- obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start; and
- consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education’s Screening Unit before you start.

- A CV of up to two (2) pages outlining your employment history and professional learning summary relevant to this position; and

- Demonstrated sound administration and organisational skills with considerable experience in the delivery of administration support services, including the ability to provide executive support to College Executives.
- Sound working knowledge and understanding of human resource and recruitment procedures and the Public Sector Standards.
- Demonstrated sound written, oral communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with senior positions, internal and external clients on a wide range of issues.
- Demonstrated sound research, conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to use initiative to identify priorities and meet conflicting timelines.
- Relevant experience in the use of personal computer software applications, including MS Word, Outlook and Excel, with the ability to produce reports from computerised applications.
