We’re Hiring: Experienced Case Manager | Full-Time

At Hello Migration , we believe migration work is about more than managing files and meeting deadlines. It is about supporting people through some of the most significant decisions of their lives.

We are looking for an experienced Case Manager to join our team in a full-time role.

This is not an entry-level position. We are specifically looking for someone who already has hands-on experience working in an Australian migration practice and can confidently manage client files and progress matters with a high level of organisation and attention to detail.

Essential experience:

• Previous experience working as a Migration Case Manager, Migration Assistant or in a similar migration-focused role

• Strong experience with client file management and case progression

• Experience using Migration Manager

• Practical experience handling Subclass 482 and Subclass 186 matters

• Experience with skilled visas and Graduate visas

• Experience preparing, managing or supporting Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) matters

- Confidence working with multiple active matters, deadlines, documentation and client communication
- Strong written communication,
