Bakers Delight Sturt Mall is seeking an experienced and motivated Baker to join our team. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, mix, knead, ferment and bake a variety of breads and bakery products.

- Measure and prepare ingredients in accordance with production recipes and specifications.

- Monitor dough quality throughout the production process to ensure consistency and product quality.

- Operate commercial bakery equipment safely and efficiently.

- Ensure all products meet Bakers Delight quality standards and production specifications.

- Maintain food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements at all times.

- Monitor stock levels and assist in minimising product waste.





- Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production targets and requirements.

- Assist with cleaning and maintaining bakery equipment, utensils and work areas.

Requirements

Skills & Experience

Applicants should demonstrate:

- Minimum one (1) year of relevant full-time experience as a Baker.

- Relevant baking qualification, such as Certificate III in Baking or equivalent, is highly regarded.

- Previous experience working in a commercial bakery environment.

- Strong knowledge of bread production techniques and bakery processes.

- Ability to work early morning shifts and meet production schedules.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing consistent, high-quality products.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
