Experienced Barista — Part-Time

Mary Street Bakery — Allendale Square, Perth CBD

We’re looking for an experienced barista available to start immediately to join the team at Mary Street Bakery Allendale Square on a part-time basis.

This role is ideal for someone confident working in a busy café environment, producing consistently high-quality coffee and working efficiently during quick-paced morning and lunch service.

Hours

Approximately 20 hours per week, primarily across:

- Monday
- Tuesday
- Wednesday

There may also be opportunities for additional shifts from time to time, depending on business needs and your availability.

About the role

You’ll be working as part of a small, fast-paced team in our Perth CBD venue. The role will primarily involve coffee service, while also helping with general café duties when required.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has solid previous barista experience in a busy café




- Is confident with espresso preparation, milk texturing and maintaining consistency during high-volume service
- Can work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Is reliable, organised and punctual
- Works well as part of a team
- Is comfortable with early starts
- Is available Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays
- Is available to start immediately
