Innovative Custom Compounding Chemist is looking for an experienced Laboratory Technician to join our professional and growing team in Southport, Gold Coast.

We are seeking someone who is reliable, organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in a laboratory environment.

About the Role: As part of our compounding team, your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the preparation and compounding of customised formulations
- Accurate weighing, measuring and handling of ingredients
- Preparing equipment and materials for compounding
- Cleaning, sanitising and maintaining laboratory areas and equipment
- Following strict laboratory procedures, quality standards and safety requirements
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Stock management and monitoring of laboratory supplies
- Supporting pharmacists and the wider compounding team with daily laboratory operations
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately, efficiently and to a high standard

About You: The successful candidate will have:
- Previous laboratory experience – pharmaceutical, compounding, or similar laboratory experience is highly regarded




- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to follow procedures and instructions carefully
- High level of cleanliness and hygiene awareness
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A positive, reliable and professional attitude
- Commitment to quality, safety and confidentiality

Pharmacy compounding or pharmaceutical laboratory experience will be highly regarded. What We Offer
