Our firm is looking for an experienced individual with a passion for client-side project management and an interest in working on a variety of challenging and diverse projects ranging from minor works to new projects up to and beyond $50m in value. As an active senior member of the project management team you will be responsible for:

- Leading the project team and ensuring that they are aligned with the project vision, objectives and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Communicating with the client and driving client satisfaction throughout project life cycle.
- Briefing the team, ensuring the team is clear on their roles and expectations and holding the team accountable to delivery.
- Using your experience to deliver projects by anticipating project requirements and ensuring that the project is delivered to program, budget and quality expectations.
- Identifying and facilitating the resolution of risks and issues.
- Communicating regularly with a wide range of audiences such as internal and external stakeholders in a clear and confident manner, including leading project team meetings and ensuring positive project momentum.





Key Criteria To be considered for the role applicants would need to demonstrate the following qualifications, experience and skills:

- Able to contribute to the energetic team culture we pride ourselves on at Hammond & Neale.
- Ability to work autonomously while showing initiative, strength in teamwork and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in a Senior Project Management role.
- A history managing or demonstrating a personal passion for projects in the Education, Community or similar project environments will be highly regarded.
- The ability to build and maintain long term client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- An understanding of projects ranging from minor works and refurbishments to new construction.
- A detailed understanding of the project approval and delivery process.
- Rounded project management skills including design and tender process management, stakeholder management, contract administration principals, risk management and project delivery.
