Our client is a growing civil construction company delivering high-quality projects across Australia. We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Plant Operator to join our team on a FIFO/DIDO roster.

About the Role

As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for operating heavy plant and supporting civil construction and maintenance works to a high standard. This is a hands-on role requiring versatility, technical skill, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate plant including excavators, dozers, loaders, and dump trucks

- Carry out GPS and final trim work to a high level of accuracy

- Assist with general civil construction tasks as required

- Complete site preparation,



material handling, and clean-up

- Perform daily pre-start checks and basic plant maintenance

- Work closely with supervisors, team members, and contractors

- Ensure full compliance with safety procedures, SWMS, and site requirements

About You

- Proven experience as a plant operator in civil construction

- GPS and final trim experience (essential)

- Ability to read and interpret plans and site specifications

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- Reliable, team-focused, and safety-driven

- Current driver’s licence (HR desirable)

- Relevant tickets and certifications (White card, RII, VOC, HR.)
