Experienced Property Manager – Flexible, Family-Friendly Role

Are you an experienced Property Manager who has taken some time out to have a family and is thinking about getting back into the industry? Maybe you miss having a career that is yours, but don't want to miss the school assemblies, sports carnivals and special moments that come with having young kids. We get it. Our directors also have young children and understand that you can be great at your job and still be there for the important family moments.

The Role

You'll take over a quality, established portfolio that has been managed by the same Property Manager for several years.

You'll also have your own full-time Property Management Assistant who already knows the clients, tenants and properties.

When you're out on the road doing appointments and inspections, things keep moving back at the office — emails are answered, maintenance is followed up and admin doesn't simply pile up waiting for you.

Our office is based in Northbridge, with flexibility around working hours and the option to work from home when it suits the role and portfolio.





We understand the importance of being there for a school assembly or sports carnival. In return, we're looking for someone experienced, autonomous and accountable who takes genuine ownership of their portfolio.

Who We're Looking For

- Minimum 3 years' full portfolio management experience
- Confident working autonomously
- Organised, proactive and a great communicator
- High standards and genuine care for clients
- Availability for the occasional late-afternoon home open
- Current registration and drivers license

We're a small team who work hard, have a laugh and enjoy what we do. For the past few years, we've even done our CPD training in Bali.

And BDM? Only if that's your thing. There's absolutely no expectation to bring in new business, but if you love that side of property management, there's a very juicy bonus structure waiting for you.
