About the role

We are seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join our team, coating aluminium and steel components. The successful applicant will be involved in all stages of the powder coating process, from preparation through to finished product.

Key responsibilities

- Prep & hang products to coat

- Applying powder coatings to specification

- Operating powder coating equipment and curing ovens

- Maintaining a clean and safe work area

- Manage colour changes and oven curing

- Inspect finished parts for quality and finish

- Packing of finished goods

- Keeping the booth, gun and line clean and safe

- Working alongside another powder coater

About you

- Powder coating experience (aluminium & steel)

- Confident with spray guns (e.g., Gema) and colour systems (Dulux/Interpon)

- Robust attention to detail and reliability

- Able to follow job cards and meet daily targets

- Forklift licence a plus

- Reliable, punctual and safety focused

- Able to work independently and as part of a team
