We're seeking an experienced Sales Agent to join our high-performing sales team. This role suits someone who already has a proven track record in residential sales, a strong understanding of the Darwin market, and the confidence to build and manage their own pipeline from day one. You'll be backed by one of the Territory's most respected agencies, with the marketing, admin and mentoring support to help you take your career to the next level.
Key responsibilities
- Build and grow a robust pipeline of buyers and sellers across Darwin suburbs
- List, market and negotiate the sale of residential properties, from appraisal through to settlement
- Conduct open homes, private inspections and auctions
- Provide clients with expert, honest advice and a high standard of service
- Mentor and support junior team members where appropriate
- Represent the First National O'Donoghues brand with professionalism and integrity
About you
- Minimum 1+ year experience as a Sales Agent,
ideally in the Darwin or NT market
- Current NT Real Estate Registration
- A proven track record of listings and settled sales
- A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- An established network or the ability to quickly build one
- Strong negotiation, communication and time-management skills
- Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven, with a genuine passion for property
