As we prepare for the next stage of development and operations, we are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced and motivated professionals who are interested in joining our Processing Operations team.

With operations expected to commence in November 2026, we are building a robust workforce committed to safety, operational excellence, teamwork and continuous improvement.

We are seeking Expressions of Interest for the following roles:

- Maintenance Supervisor
- Control Room Operator
- Electrical - Instrumentation Technician
- Laboratory Supervisor
- Laboratory Attendant
- Mechanical Tradesperson (Fitter)
- Process Engineer
- Process Operator
- Shift Supervisor

About the Opportunity These positions will support the operation and maintenance of our mineral processing facilities and associated infrastructure, contributing to the safe and efficient production of high-quality mineral concentrates.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work within a growing company and play an important role in establishing and operating a new processing operation in the Mt Garnet region.

What We're Looking For

We welcome interest from candidates who possess:

- Relevant trade, technical or professional qualifications for their nominated position
- Previous experience in mining,



mineral processing or heavy industry environments
- Strong commitment to workplace health, safety and environmental compliance
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work in a remote operational environment
- Current police check & ability to pass medical check.

- Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) positions
- 4 on, 3 off roster
