We are looking for an experienced aged care leader who is ready to take ownership of a service and make a genuine impact. You will have:

- Current Registered Nurse registration – essential
- Proven Facility Manager experience within residential aged care
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, compliance and quality
- Proven people leadership and team management skills
- A hands-on and visible leadership style
- Confidence working within a regional setting
- Genuine interest in relocating to and becoming part of a regional community
