ATTARDS is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Factory Hand / All-Rounder to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that plays a key part in the day-to-day operations of our factory.

Hours:

We are seeking someone who is available to work full-time hours, Monday to Friday.

? Start Time: 7:30 AM

? Finish Time: 3:45 PM

Overtime is available and encouraged.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

- Performing quality checks and inspections to ensure product standards and specifications are met.

- Organising and packing curtains in preparation for delivery.

- Undertaking general factory hand duties as required.

- Handling tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

- Supporting the team with a range of tasks and projects.

- Operating machinery and power tools (training provided).





- Assisting in a production line while ensuring quality control is maintained.

- Picking and packing products efficiently and accurately.

Skills and experience:

- Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or hands-on role is highly regarded (but not essential).

- Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding quality control is essential.

- Ability to work well both independently and in a team.

- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

- Forklift licence or machinery experience (desirable but not essential).

- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks.
