About NJN Lawyers
NJN Lawyers is a small boutique law firm based in Cooranbong Recent South Wales, practising in business law, family law and wills and estate planning.
The firm is seeking a capable and client-focused Family Lawyer to join the team.
The Role The successful candidate will work across a broad range of family law matters and will be expected to manage files with an appropriate level of autonomy for their experience.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Providing clear, timely and practical advice to clients in family law matters.
- Preparing correspondence, court documents, affidavits and other supporting material.
- Managing matters through negotiation, mediation, and where required, court processes.
- Maintaining accurate file notes, time recording, and file management practices.
- Liaising professionally with clients, counsel, experts and other practitioners.
About You (Selection Criteria)
Applicants should demonstrate
1. Admission as a solicitor in Australia.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting and client-facing capability.
3.
A client-first approach, including sound professional judgement and a focus on practical outcomes.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail.
5. Preferably, experience using LEAP practice management software (or the ability to quickly become proficient).
