About the Opportunity

Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in finance?

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Administration Officer to join our collaborative Finance team. This role offers an excellent entry point into a global organisation where you'll gain exposure to multiple areas of finance while learning from experienced professionals.

You'll work across a variety of functions including Pricing, Master Data, Financial Accounting, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), giving you valuable hands-on experience and a well-rounded understanding of how finance supports business success.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Finance team, you'll:





- Support key finance administration processes and ensure data accuracy across multiple systems
- Maintain pricing, customer and financial master data records
- Assist with Accounts Payable and pricing-related activities
- Review and process customer pricing approvals
- Support the Financial Accounting and FP&A; teams with reporting, analysis and project work
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to provide timely information and support decision-making
- Help ensure compliance with financial controls, policies and procedures
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ongoing business projects

You'll bring

- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce or a related discipline
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence working with numbers and data
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders




- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and general confidence using Microsoft Office
- A positive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn
- Previous finance, accounting, administration or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.
