In this role, you'll:
Support the delivery of financial governance, reporting and commercial administration activities that help the business operate effectively and meet its financial obligations.
You'll coordinate monthly reporting processes, review and validate invoices, support financial reconciliations and help ensure supplier payments, procurement activities and panel arrangements comply with relevant policies, procedures and governance requirements. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers, you'll provide advice, resolve issues and contribute to the effective management of financial and contractual processes.
As the business continues to evolve, you'll play an important role in supporting system enhancements, improving processes, maintaining data integrity and embedding new ways of working.
You'll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adapt quickly to changing priorities, systems and business requirements.

About you
You are a proactive and detail-oriented analyst who enjoys working with data, improving processes and building strong stakeholder relationships.
As the Finance Analyst, you'll bring strong analytical skills, sound judgement and the ability to identify discrepancies, risks and opportunities for improvement. You are comfortable working with financial information, navigating competing priorities and applying a high level of accuracy in everything you do.
You thrive in a changing environment, embrace current systems and processes, and can effectively engage with a broad range of stakeholders to achieve positive business outcomes. While not essential, experience working within legal, professional services, government or other highly regulated environments will be highly regarded.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Experience supporting financial reporting, invoice management, reconciliations and financial administration activities.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to compliance, governance and process integrity.
Experience using SAP, ERP or similar business systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to adapt to changing business needs and evolving systems.
Relevant qualifications in finance, commerce, business or a related discipline, and/or equivalent professional experience.
