Our firm, TUTEJA ACCOUNTING SERVICES PTY LTD, ABN 63 681 899 472, and our clients seek financial management services and with the growth of business the need for management accounting and financial management assistance is ever increasing.

Services such as external CEO, budgeting, financial analysis and need to present on time cashflow and business KPI reporting has become prudent. We are in urgent need of a qualified and experienced finance manager who can provide such duties. Following are detailed description of the role and responsibilities;

- Develop, implement and continuously review financial management strategies, accounting policies, budgets and financial plans in consultation with senior management and relevant stakeholders. Provision of these services to both our client base and our firm too.
- Provide timely and accurate financial information, analysis and advice to management to support business performance, strategic planning and funding decisions.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights into financial results, variances, profitability, cash flow and future funding requirements.
- Oversee the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of accounting systems, financial processes and internal controls.
- Manage and coordinate the preparation of periodic, annual and ad hoc financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, budgets, forecasts and financial performance analyses
- Prepare long-term financial forecasts and business projections to support strategic

planning, investment decisions and organisational growth.
- Evaluate capital investment proposals,



funding requirements and the financial viability of operational projects and business initiatives.
- Provide financial advice on investment opportunities, financing options, sources of funding, capital allocation and the distribution of organisational earnings.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor actual performance against approved budgets, identifying variances and recommending appropriate corrective

actions.
- Provide financial modelling, scenario analysis and commercial insights to assist management with key business and investment decisions.
- Establish and maintain effective financial controls, ensuring the accuracy, integrity

and reliability of financial information.
- Monitor changes to relevant financial legislation, accounting standards and regulatory requirements and ensure ongoing organisational compliance.

Skills & Experience
1. Relevant industry skills or equivalent qualification
2. Experience in a financial management or senior accounting role involving finance management.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
5. Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Sage, XERO and MYOB
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
7. Familiarity with relevant retail industry regulations and compliance requirements
8. Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 38 hours

Work eligibility: Permitted to work in Australia unrestricted

Salary: Minimum AUD$79499 plus superannuation

Pay: From $78,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
