My client is a growing privately owned business looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team in Chatswood. The business is undergoing a significant period of growth and offers strong long-term career progression.

The Role A broad Finance Manager opportunity, working closely with the CFO across financial reporting, accounting, tax and commercial finance. The role will also provide exposure to the wider financial strategy of the business.

Responsibilities will include

- Leading the day-to-day finance function and managing a small team

- Overseeing month-end, management reporting and year-end processes

- Managing group accounting, consolidations, trusts and tax requirements

- Improving finance systems, processes, controls and reporting

- Supporting acquisitions, restructures and other complex transactions

- Supporting debt raising, loan covenants and banking relationships





- Providing financial insight to support business and investment decisions

- Working closely with the CFO and senior stakeholders across the group

About You

- 5+ years' experience across accounting and finance

- Solid financial reporting and accounting skills

- Experience managing or mentoring a small team

- Commercially minded with strong attention to detail

- Comfortable working across both strategic and hands-on finance responsibilities

- Property, construction or trust accounting experience highly desirable

- CA/CPA qualified or working towards qualification

- Strong systems and process improvement mindset

- Mandarin language skills highly regarded

- Full working rights in Australia
