Key Responsibilities

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

- Supporting clients with financial services and lending enquiries
- Assisting with loan applications and documentation
- Reviewing and maintaining client and financial information
- Conducting documentation, compliance and KYC checks
- Liaising with clients, lenders and internal stakeholders




- Providing professional client service
- Preparing records, reports and administrative documentation
- Supporting finance, lending and operational activities

About You

- 1–5 years of relevant qualified experience
- Background in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Lending, Financial Services, Business or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail and numerical confidence
- Strong organisational skills
- Professional and client-focused approach
- Full working rights in Australia
