About Roadform

Roadform is a fully integrated civil construction and asphalt surfacing contractor working across Western Australia. We operate from our Bibra Lake base in the Perth metro area and our Wedgefield facility in Port Hedland, giving us the reach to deliver anywhere from the city to the Pilbara.

Our work covers bulk earthworks, drainage, kerbing, asphalt, spray sealing and line marking. Being vertically integrated means we control our own plant, crews and program, and our clients get a result that stands up over time.

We have a clear growth plan and the systems work to match it. This role is central to that.

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the finance function across both divisions and be the person the leadership team relies on for the numbers behind every decision.

Your responsibilities will include

- Month-end close, management reporting and board pack preparation

- Project cost control, WIP and margin reporting across civil and surfacing jobs

- Cashflow forecasting, working capital management and banking relationships

- Oversight of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and the office finance team

- Plant and equipment accounting, including internal hire rates, depreciation and asset registers

- Statutory compliance covering BAS, FBT, payroll tax, workers compensation and year end audit

- Budgeting, forecasting and supporting tender pricing with reliable cost data





- Continuing to develop our finance systems and reporting as the business grows

What you will bring

- CA or CPA qualified.

- Five or more years in a senior finance role, ideally within construction, civil, mining services or a related contracting environment

- Solid understanding of project cost accounting, WIP and progress claim cycles

- Strong systems capability, including ERP or job costing platforms and advanced Excel

- Working knowledge of the Security of Payment and Construction Contracts frameworks in WA
- A practical, hands-on approach. This is a business where the finance lead gets into the detail, not just the summary

- Clear communication with people outside finance, including operations managers, supervisors and clients
