An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Finance Manager to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Sydney CBD.

This is a key role within the finance function, responsible for overseeing the financial operations across a multisite environment. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders and operational teams, providing strong financial oversight, commercial insights and support to the broader business.

We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has proven experience managing finance across multiple sites, entities or business units.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations across multiple sites
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review management reporting, budgets and forecasts
- Provide insightful financial analysis and commentary to senior stakeholders
- Partner with operational leaders to drive financial performance
- Monitor revenue, costs, margins and key business performance metrics
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger functions
- Drive improvements across finance processes, controls and reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic business initiatives
- Lead and mentor members of the finance team

About You

- CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting,



audit or finance.
- Previous experience in a Finance Manager or similar senior finance role
- Proven multisite, multi-entity or geographically dispersed business experience
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders
