Your New Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, relationship focused Finance & Sales Consultant to join our clients growing team in Wollongong. You will split your time between attending vibrant industry shows and trade events (including weekends) and working from their Wollongong office to manage, structure, and broker finance deals. In this role, you will build connections, identify new business opportunities, and guide clients toward tailored finance solutions. While prior finance experience is an advantage, it is not essential we place the highest value on your ability to cultivate long term relationships, influence decision making, and drive sales referrals.

Your Responsibilities

- Sales & Business Development: Generate new business through networking, referrals, industry events, and client outreach to build a strong pipeline.
- Deal Structuring & Management: Assess client financial needs, structure tailored lending solutions (including internal lending options), and manage the end to end process from enquiry to settlement.
- Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted adviser throughout the customer journey,



maintaining ongoing communication to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Lender & Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with lenders and internal teams to streamline deal progression and maximise approval outcomes.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at trade shows and networking opportunities to expand brand presence.

About You

- Must be a resident of Australia based in (or willing to commute to) Wollongong.
- Proven success in sales, business development, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong ability to build rapport, present options, negotiate, and close opportunities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised with the ability to multitask.
- Interest in (or qualification in) Finance, Sales, Business, or a related field.
- Flexibility to travel and work weekends for industry shows and events.
