Working within a large and collaborative finance team and reporting to the Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the financial reporting for a diverse portfolio of entities.

This role would suit an Accountant who has developed solid month-end experience and is now looking for an environment where they can broaden their skills, take on greater responsibility and progress their career.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include

- Prepare monthly financial statements across a portfolio of entities

- Take ownership of month-end accounting and reporting

- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations

- Process journals, accruals and prepayments

- Investigate variances and ensure the accuracy of financial information

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting

- Support statutory reporting and year-end audit requirements

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

- Work closely with the broader finance team and operational stakeholders

- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline finance processes and reporting

About You

We are looking for someone who has strong accounting fundamentals but, equally importantly,



is keen to continue learning and developing.

You will ideally have

- CA, CPA or ACCA qualification, or be currently working towards completion

- Experience as a Financial Accountant, Assistant Accountant or similar

- Good month-end accounting and balance sheet reconciliation experience

- Robust Excel skills

- Excellent attention to detail and analytical capability

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership

- Experience with an ERP system would be advantageous
