Amora Herencia Riverwalk Melbourne is part of Amora Hotels & Resorts Group with properties in Australia and Thailand. We currently feature 157 beautifully appointed guest rooms and suites bringing enhanced accommodation options for both leisure and business travelers.

The hotel has a number of versatile function and event spaces, anchored by a purpose-built Event Pavilion with abundant natural light and stunning views ideal for weddings, conferences, corporate functions and social events of up to 250 guests.

The Role

As a casual Food & Beverage Attendant you will be working across different outlets of the Hotel, including the Restaurant and Conferences & Events area, Bar and Room Service.

This role will give a great opportunity to learn and grow your career path in Food & Beverage.

Specific responsibilities may include

- Taking orders, serving food and beverage items to our guests

- Stock control and rotation

- Training junior team members/ new starters

- Controlling online bookings as well as enquires

- Cleaning of floors, benches, and coffee Machine

- Handling guest enquiries with knowledge and confidence

The Candidate To ensure your success in this role we anticipate that the successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:





- Fluent English and confident communicating with people from diverse backgrounds.

- Customer service experience, working with and around members of the public.

- Able to work autonomously, as well as part of a team.

- Reliable, punctual, and well presented.

- Commitment to long-term employment

- Previous experience working in Food & Beverage

- Current RSA Certification

- Able to work on a rotating roster, morning and dinner shifts
