We are looking for a motivated, organised and customer-focused person to join our busy travel team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a genuine interest in travel and takes pride in getting the details right.

You'll be part of a supportive team, assisting with the day-to-day coordination of client bookings and travel arrangements.

n

TRAVEL EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED.

About the role

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Making travel reservations and assisting with booking arrangements
n
- Loading and maintaining bookings accurately
n
- Preparing client itineraries and travel documentation
n
- Assisting with general administration and day-to-day travel tasks
n
- Communicating with clients, suppliers and our travel team
n
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
n
- Ensuring bookings and client information are accurate and up to date
n
- Working efficiently to meet deadlines
n

We are looking for someone who:

- Has excellent communication and customer service skills

- Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
n
- Has excellent time management skills and can prioritise tasks effectively

- Is confident working independently and meeting deadlines
n
- Enjoys working as part of a busy team
n
- Is reliable, proactive and willing to learn

- Has an interest in travel and enjoys helping people plan their holidays

Previous travel industry experience is preferred, but we are also open to candidates with robust administration, customer service or coordination experience who are looking to build their career in travel.
