Job Description

Lumiere Foundation Ltd. in Seven Hills, NSW, is seeking an OOHC Case Manager to support children and young people in care, coordinating with Youth Workers to help clients reach individual goals.

The role is on-site and requires a Cert 4 in a relevant field, OOHC experience, and the ability to conduct visits, manage incidents, and work within Child Protected Standards. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.
