We're looking for an experienced Senior Architect / Associate / Senior Associateto join an established Adelaide studio working across education, community, health, defence, recreation and other complex projects.

n

Education experience is preferred, but it's not the only thing we're interested in.

n

The role This is a genuine leadership position.

n

You'll have the opportunity to:

- Lead projects from early design through to delivery

- Build strong client and consultant relationships

- Guide and mentor emerging architects
n
- Influence design direction and project outcomes
n




- Contribute to business development and studio strategy

- Help shape how the team works and where the practice goes next

You won't be expected to do everything yourself.

What we're looking for You'll be a registered architect with strong experience leading complex projects and working confidently with clients, consultants and internal teams.

You'll ideally bring:

- Experience across education or other complex, stakeholder-heavy projects
n
- Strong project leadership and delivery skills
n
- Confidence working directly with clients
n
- A genuine interest in mentoring and developing people
n
- Good commercial awareness
n
- The ability to see the bigger picture, not just your own project
n
- A desire to have a meaningful role in the future direction of a practice
n
