The position offered is 4 to 5 days a week, flexible hours, based in Kenmore, Brisbane. We sell dental and surgical devices and are looking for a passionate Customer Service specialist to join our small but welcoming team. Training is provided and all applicants are welcome; experience in the dental industry is a plus. All customer facing experience including retail or hospitality considered.

Salary on offer is $33 per hour.

Ultimately, a successful Customer Service Specialist will ensure the efficient and smooth operation of our customer service platform. Working as part of a team, duties include but are not limited to-

Duties

- Shared responsibility for our busy customer service platform
n




- Answering email and phone queries and liaising with our manufacturer
n
- Assisting customers with troubleshooting virtually or in person
n
- Helping to adjust and fit products for existing customers & undertaking simple repairs
n
- Sending and coordinating postage and inventory for replacement items as needed; coordinating postage for faulty items to return to supplier and quoting customers
n
- Other duties from time to time as required, including administrative cover

Requirements

- Essential – a passion for customer service
n
- Experience within the optical or dental industry highly regarded
n
- Practical technical skills or interests in repairs a plus
n
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work and work independently
n
- Attention to detail, flexibility and problem-solving skills
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Past experience with CRM systems/leadership experience a plus
