Are you an experienced Integration Architect looking to influence technology strategy at an enterprise scale?

n

We are seeking a highly capable EL2 Domain Architect (Integration) to provide strategic architectural leadership across a complex and evolving technology landscape. This opportunity will see you shape domain architecture, guide enterprise-wide integration initiatives, and provide trusted advice to senior executives, governance forums, and delivery teams.

This is a high-impact role where you'll drive technology direction, influence investment decisions, and ensure solutions align with broader organisational objectives, architectural standards, and future-state strategies.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop, maintain, and communicate domain architectures, target-state models, and strategic roadmaps.
n
- Provide authoritative architectural leadership across multiple programs, projects, and initiatives.
n
- Ensure technology solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, security requirements, and organisational priorities.
n
- Lead the analysis of complex business and technology challenges, developing strategic options and transition pathways.
n
- Define and maintain architecture principles, patterns, standards, and governance frameworks.
n
- Review and assure solution designs, identifying dependencies, risks, opportunities, and areas for reuse.
n
- Collaborate closely with enterprise architects, security specialists, engineering leaders, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
n
- Influence investment and prioritisation decisions through strategic architectural advice.
n
- Represent the domain in architecture governance forums and support effective decision-making.
n




- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to inform future direction.
n
- Lead resolution of complex architectural issues involving competing priorities, cost, risk, and technical constraints.
n
- Mentor and guide architects and technical specialists to strengthen architectural capability across the organisation.

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

n

n
- Minimum 8+ years' experience designing and delivering complex enterprise integration solutions.
n
- At least 3 years' experience operating at EL2, Principal Architect, Lead Architect, or equivalent senior architectural level.
n
- Proven capability translating organisational strategy, business requirements, and technical considerations into cohesive architectural direction.
n
- Extensive experience defining and applying architecture principles, patterns, standards, and governance frameworks.
n
- Solid ability to analyse complex architectural trade-offs, dependencies, and risks and provide evidence-based recommendations.
n
- Deep understanding of enterprise integration, cloud platforms, security, digital services, and data ecosystems.
n
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across executive, business, and technical audiences.
