Bethanie Home Care offer a variety of services to ageingAustralians, allowing them to live independently in their own homesthroughout Perth, Geraldton and in the South West.

We are currently seeking a Qualified Support Worker toprovide services in the North West Metro area, from Osborne Park toClaremont and their surrounds.

n

To be successful in this role, you must committo:

n

n
- Permanent part time employment, working a minimumof 20 hours per week
n
- Being available Monday to Friday from 8am –3pm.
n

n

As you will be required to use your own car in this role, weoffer a travel allowance of $1.05 per kilometre.

n

About You

n

n
- You must have a Certificate III in Individual Support(Ageing)
n
- Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
n
- Hold a current driver's licence and have access to areliable vehicle
n
- Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to applyfor one)
n

The Role

n

n
- Professionally deliver a variety of services including foodpreparation, cleaning and laundry services, personal care,



aswell as supporting hobbies, interests and leisureactivities
n
- Ensure all living areas of clients' homes are kept clean,tidy and safe from hazards
n
- Ensure all personal care tasks and outcomes are met anddocumented appropriately
n
- Support clients with transport to appointments
n
- Provide social support to clients by spending time doingthe things they love
n
- Prioritise a personal connection with clients, ensuringrespect and compassion is shown at all time
n
