you'll be responsible for leading a portfolio of 6–9 stores,
empowering Store Managers, driving commercial performance, and
creating exceptional customer experiences across your region. This

Drive Commercial Success Take ownership of sales
performance, profitability, KPIs, and operational excellence across
your region. Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences Champion
Lovisa's customer-first philosophy and ensure every store
consistently delivers an outstanding brand experience. Develop
Future Leaders Identify talent, build succession plans, and create
growth opportunities for your people. Manage Regional Operations
Ensure stores operate efficiently through effective rostering, wage
management, compliance, visual merchandising, and inventory
